UX Considerations

Head to the more granular, deeper pages on your website. These are the pages or posts where you answer a singular question or solve a relatively simple problem.

Imagine a stranger lands here via their Google search. This person has never met you before. They didn't pass through your home page or any other page on your website.

This page is their first impression of you and your business.

  • Do you help them solve their immediate problem?
  • How easy is it for them to see the path to their next right step?
  • Do you provide a single way for them to stay connected to you beyond this page or post?

If your new prospect's next right step is to stay connected to you via email and they receive a free gift or support in taking their next right step with you to guide them, you're way ahead of the game! 🙂

If not, you should consider how you might be able to tweak the flow of the content or otherwise streamline their experience of your website.

If you currently have more than 1,000 new users coming to your website via organic search each month but you aren't growing as you think you should, it would be wise to invest in a professional website audit.
